3.0 minimum GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen or a U.S. national from a Pacific Island.
Preference given to students planning to attend graduate school and a career in
government.
Award: Up to $30,000 for graduate study, attendance at the Truman Scholars
Leadership Week, and entrance into the Summer Institute and Truman Fellows
program following graduation.

achieved a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale. A thorough and wellwritten
